As a cancer survivor, mother of two daughters (ages 21 & 17) and a widow, I discovered this new hour long drama earlier this summer and have been hooked since the first episode.

I have been really impressed with the writing, producing, acting and casting in this show.

The show is structured that each day is covered by several episodes so now as the 8th episode airs April is talking with her Uncle George and her Oncologist about her treatment options.

The only thing I don’t like is that the picture used for the series shows the main character, April, sitting in a coffin.
